Terms of Service

By accessing or using Lens CAD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Lens CAD provides an AI-powered CAD platform that enables engineering firms to automate drawing production, revision management, and quality assurance. The service includes an AI agent that learns your company's standards and applies them to produce engineering deliverables. Service availability and features may be updated from time to time.

You retain full ownership of all engineering drawings, standards, reference files, and deliverables you create using Lens CAD. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. The Lens CAD platform, AI models, and associated technology remain the property of Lens AI, Inc.

You agree to use Lens CAD only for lawful purposes related to engineering, design, and construction. You shall not: attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models; use the service to produce deliverables that violate building codes or safety regulations; share your account credentials with unauthorized parties; or use the service to harm, disrupt, or overload our infrastructure.

Lens CAD is a productivity tool that assists engineers. All AI-generated deliverables require professional review and approval before use in construction or submission to authorities. Lens AI, Inc. is not liable for errors in AI-generated output, construction defects arising from unreviewed deliverables, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Lens CAD platform. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Enterprise customers receive dedicated technical support with agreed response times as specified in their service agreement.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may export all your data. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Lens AI, Inc. reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
