We do not collect data beyond what is required to deliver and improve the service.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to: deliver AI-powered CAD services including drawing generation, revision handling, and QA checks; maintain and improve the accuracy and reliability of our AI agent; provide customer support and respond to your requests; ensure security and prevent unauthorized access. Your engineering drawings and standards are processed within isolated environments and are never shared with other customers or used to train models for other organizations.
Data Storage and Security
All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. Your engineering files are stored in isolated, single-tenant environments. We maintain comprehensive audit logs of all data access. Our infrastructure is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud providers with SOC 2 compliance.
Data Retention
We retain your project data for as long as your account is active. When you terminate your account, all your engineering drawings, standards, and project files are permanently deleted within 30 days. Audit logs are retained for compliance purposes for up to 12 months after account termination.
Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or engineering files with third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated usage statistics for research and improvement purposes. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
